"I don't know!" she said. Well there you go we came all this way to not know what to do next. To keep you up to speed I'll tell you the whole story.

It started yesterday during lunch, me and my friends were talking and hoping the bell would give us 5 more minutes before it rang. When suddenly, Emily asked a strange question, " Are any of you good at mysteries? Why? What is it Emily?," Jennifer replied.

She then explained how Mr. Johnson the the math teacher had given her a strange note and how it told her to go to the lunchroom after school. "Wow that is strange," I replied. She also told us how she was too scared to go by herself, so we all offered to go with her.

After school we made are way into the lunchroom. While in the lunchroom Katie shouted from across the room," I found another note!" I replied, " What does it say?". The second note was a riddle. The riddle talked about the place Jennifer got sick on Valentines Day.

We made are way up to the 2nd floor locker labeled Locker 201. We opened the locker still filled with the chocolate that made Jennifer sick. "There's no note!" said Emily" Maybe its hidden," said Katie.

We searched the whole locker no sign of a note. I sighed and leaned against the locker; all of the sudden I heard a click. I threw open the locker and saw a small compartment in the back. I pulled and a door opened up in the back. "Whoa!" my friends all said in unison.

Through the door we found a really high tech computer, we tried to access it but couldn't. The computer than said "Password please,".

My Christmas Vacation

My holidays were filled with shock and surprise for me and my family. On Christmas eve all my cousins came over to my grandma and grandpa's place. When they got there it was complete chaos for me because I had to think of something to play with them.

After a few games it was supper time and for supper we had: roast goose, red cabbage, potatoes, salad, buns, perogies, sausage and lots of other food. For dessert we had rice pudding and strawberry sauce.

After supper we opened presents and then went to bed after everyone left. On Christmas day we went to my other grandparents place for dinner and opening presents with my dad and other auntie and uncles. While we were there me and my brother got the biggest surprise of our lives we found out we are going to disney this summer.
A few days later on the 29th I went to the nutcracker ballet with my mom as a birthday present. After the ballet we went to my dad's place to celebrate my birthday, then on the 31st at midnight we celebrated my dad's birthday. This is what I did on the holidays and I really enjoyed it.

My 2011 New Year's Resolutions

The Substitute

I couldn't believe it, I was late again and this time I had no excuse. Except for my little sister's piano lessons which ran late, the car broke down, I couldn't find my backpack or, ok maybe I did have some excuses I could use.

The thing is they didn't happen this morning but on Sunday. But in my books it still counts, anyway my teacher said yesterday and I quote, "If you are late again, you will have one week's worth of homework!"

I know it sounds like she's overreacting, but so far this month I have been late 16 times. Back to the story, as I walked into my classroom my best friend Mira Robinson ran up to me, probably to remind me I was late. But instead she said "Good news! You don't have to worry about getting in trouble, we have a substitute teacher!"

I was so relieved, now I wouldn't have to face a mountain of homework. I sat in my desk just as the teacher came in. "Hello my name is Miss Carrington and I am your substitute teacher," she said with a smile.

For the rest of the day we hardly had any work and after school the kids in my class couldn't stop talking about the substitute. The next few days at school were pretty easy because Miss Carrington was still teaching us.

But then one day right in the middle of the class doing a really easy math sheet, she made a big announcement "I would like all of you to know that I will be replacing your regular teacher." I was stunned, so I asked "Where is Mrs. Walker anyways and why did she leave?" she replied You really shouldn't go into other people's business."

The bell rang and class was dismissed for the day. I couldn't leave like that. I had to know why Mrs.Walker left, so I waited until Mrs.Carrington left and snuck into my classroom. She had forgotten to log of her computer (as usual) so I began looking through files, and finally I found what I was looking for a file labeled Mrs. Walker.

I opened the file to find letters sent between Mrs.Walker and Miss Carrington. I had also found photos. I clicked on the newest letter it read " Mom are you sure you want me to take over your class. There are plenty of teachers better than me, anyway I hope your heart surgery goes well. Your daughter Elizabeth Carrington."

Now I knew why my teacher was gone and why my new teacher got upset when I asked her where she was. I learned a two lessons that day, never take your teachers for granted and if you leave your computer logged on there's a good chance one of your students may look through your files.

My Weekend

Over the weekend I did a few things. On Friday I went to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows with my brother and some friends.

Then on Saturday me, my brother and my mom decorated our Christmas tree. Later on that night me and my were home alone because my mom went to a Christmas party. While she was gone we watched a movie until she got home.

Finally on Sunday we went to Brandon and met my auntie, my uncle and my cousin for brunch. After we ate we went shopping for Christmas presents. That is what I did on the weekend.

My Weekend

This weekend was Halloween and I decided to go out trick or treating with Jamie. We left at about 5:00 and went around her block and the two blocks beside hers. After that we went back to her house and dumped off our candy.

Then we started trick or treating again. We went trick or treating around the Junior High, and then we trick or treated are way up to my house. After we made it to my house we decided we could not trick or treat anymore because our hands hurt and we were extremely tired.

We drove Jamie home and picked up the rest of my candy. When we got back home I started sorting through my candy and eating some of it while I sorted it. That is what I did on Halloween and I had a great time.

My Brother's Nintendo ds

Me: So how are you doing Nintendo Ds?

Ds: Please just call me Ds and I am doing completely terrible!

Me: Why are you feeling so terrible? Does it have to do with my brother?

Ds: Yes it does have to do with your brother? I feel horrible because he plays his video games on me to much, I am getting really tired all the time because of it.

Me: So what else does my brother do to you besides make you tired?

Ds: Well, he pushes on my A and B buttons much too hard, when he's trying to win a video game.

Me: When he starts getting mad because he keeps losing on his video games, does that annoy you?

Ds: Yes it does annoy me. It gives me huge headaches and my speakers won't stop ringing for weeks!

Me: Well thank you for your time Ds and for telling me what your entire life is like.

Ds: Your very welcome and goodbye!
